Sweatproof is a UK service that helps you get easier lobbies in supported games, delivered through our Discord bot and the machines behind it.
When you subscribe or buy, you are not buying the software — you are being lent the use of it for as long as your access lasts. This page sets out what that licence covers, what it does not, and how it ends.
It goes together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing here takes away your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
While your subscription, purchase, or licence is active and you are keeping to these terms, Sweatproof grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own permitted use.
That is a right to use, not a sale. Nothing here transfers any ownership of our software, bot, infrastructure, brand, or anything else we have built. Anything we have not expressly granted, we keep.
The licence lasts for as long as your access does. It starts when your access starts and it ends when your access ends — see the clause on ending the licence below.
Do not crack, bypass, disable, tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, scrape, clone, or otherwise interfere with the software, bot, website, licence checks, authentication, payment systems, anti-abuse systems, or any infrastructure behind them.
Do not sell, share, rent, sublicense, resell, transfer, leak, or otherwise hand your access to anyone else, and do not build a product or service on top of ours, unless we have agreed it in writing — an approved whitelabel arrangement being the usual way that happens.
Your access is for you. Sharing lobby codes, credentials, or your account so that other people use the Service without their own active subscription is not allowed, and activity through your account may be treated as yours.
Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harassing, or in any way that risks harm to Sweatproof, our users, our infrastructure, Discord, Stripe, or anyone else.
The Service works alongside third-party games and platforms that we do not own or control. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we make no representation that using the Service is compliant with them.
Those platforms can change, restrict, or remove functionality at any time, which may affect or interrupt the Service. That is outside our control.
You are responsible for your own game and platform accounts, and you accept the risk of any action a platform takes against them. We are not liable for bans, suspensions, or restrictions applied to your accounts by a third-party platform.
The Service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular lobby, opponent, queue time, win rate, or outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties, including satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our liability is limited as set out in the Limitation of liability clause of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this licence excludes or limits anything that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your non-excludable statutory rights as a UK consumer and liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
All intellectual property rights in the Sweatproof software, platform, bot, infrastructure, brand, and materials belong to us or are licensed to us. The Sweatproof name, logo, and branding may not be used without our written permission.
Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation or payment to you.
This licence ends automatically when your subscription or access ends, whether because you cancelled, it expired, or it lapsed for non-payment. You can cancel at any time at https://sweatproof.gg/portal.
We may end it immediately, without notice, if you breach this licence or our Terms of Service, or where we reasonably need to in order to protect the Service, our community, or our legal interests.
Once it ends you must stop using the Service and anything we supplied with it. Ending the licence does not by itself entitle you to a refund — refunds are dealt with in the Refund policy in our Terms of Service. Clauses that should survive by their nature, including intellectual property, liability, and governing law, carry on applying.
We may update this licence from time to time. The version on this page, dated as shown, is the one that applies, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
This licence sits alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and forms part of the same agreement. If something here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service take precedence.
This licence is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

You accept this licence by using the Service — buying, subscribing, activating, linking an account, adding our bot to a Discord server, or otherwise getting access, whichever happens first. There is nothing to sign. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.
